About me

• In 2008 I graduated as a Master in Engineering and Architecture at the University of Ghent. Throughout my education I mainly focused on the creative side and thanks to my graphic ambition I got in touch with the wondrous world of illustration and animation.

• My nostalgic nature likes to keep things simple. For telling a story I mainly use crafty, handmade techniques such as paper cutouts, marker based drawings and, when it comes to moving images and animation, I use stop motion. With these approaches the results never look impersonal and you obtain a familiar, tangible feeling.
